 My Favorite Editing Software, Hands Down!, 2008-08-03
I have used the Sonic Foundry 4.0 Version of this software and decided to upgrade to this one. I have not used this version EXTENSIVELY yet, but from what I have seen, it looks to be almost the very same program with only a few changes. At least I won't have to re-learn the software! I have made VERY professional videos using the 4.0 version, so this version will only make them better! The Price of this Program is amazingly low compared to how much stuff it can do for you! I like the new Sound Effects that come with this version, although it says there is 1001 sound effects when it looks to actually be 969 effects. The simple REVERSE tool is cool and easy to do and it works on both the Video Tracks as well as the Audio Tracks! The built-in Tutorials Feature is SUCH a plus for a beginner or for someone learning the new features. I have had a chance to try other editing programs, but for me, once I tried THIS one...I was hooked! THIS is the program I will always use...and I think you will feel the same if you try it!
