I like that this DVD has a 20 cardio minute warm-up! It's effective in getting the heart pumping and has high impact modifications for really making the most of your cardio time. After warm-up cardio, I typically pop in this DVD when I want to work on toning a two specific areas (maybe thighs, arms on Tuesday and buns, abs on Thursday). The toning isn't especially hard; I'd say it is good for beginners, intermediate, and the uncoordinated. I like this DVD and use it regularly. It's very easy to follow and incorporate into your fitness routine.
