Good for vocabulary, 2008-08-12 Rosetta Stone is a good product for building vocabulary and even helping with pronunciation, but you won't get fluency from it. I don't think it's worth the price honestly. If you can get it for free, or if you have the money to spend on it, then it's a nice tool to add to your arsenal. But I wouldn't go out of my way to buy this product because it's just not enough by itself if you want to truly master a language. I think this is good for beginners, but once you reach the intermediate level you will need more than Rosetta Stone.
If you can't afford the Rosetta Stone products, then stick to the cheaper programs while watching movies, and listening to music and you'll get a much greater exposure to the language than Rosetta Stone will give you.
