this item is very buggy, and slow. the "touch screen" is very hard to navigate. I wouldn't recomend this at all. dont waste your bucks on this one.

 Wonderful product, 2008-09-21
I just recently ordered this product. Actually I ordered it on 9-16-08 and had it by 9-20-08. That is very fast service!!! I love this product. It is easy to use. I only have one issue and that is getting the radio stations to work, but I don't want to listen to the radio anyway so it's all good. My 14 yr. old daughter loved this item also and has requested that I get her one for her birthday. I highly recommend this.

Great Product, 2008-08-30
I purchased this item a couple of months ago for my birthday and I had problems with it shutting off. I emailed Pro Ebiz and they responded within two hours and we went over the problem and they had me ship it back. I received a new one within the week with an extra charger and an USB cable as we believe that is what was shorting it out. No matter how much you spend on any item, sometimes you are going to get a bad one and have to return it, including a vehicle. But I have had my new one for about a month and it works great and the customer service and response time I received was exceptional and I highly recommend this product to anyone.
Cool product, hard to set up, 2008-08-24
This is a very cool touch screen player for the price, but the instructions that come with this are not very helping. I had a hard time setting up and puting music onto this.
