workout withjillian michaels is totally awesome!, 2008-04-29 i absolutely love this dvd workout with jillian michaels! i can feel the workout and it feels great! i recommend this dvd to people who are active or non-active alike. it's tough but totally invigorating and it gives me something different to add to my workout.

If I could do it, you could do it, 2008-04-28 Ok, its been a long time since I have been consistent and committed to an exercise program. But its day 7 and I've done it every day. The 20 minutes goes by quick and that's what is encouraging for me. Even though I dread it, I still get to it because it is over in no time. Hoping for good results....it makes you work for it but the beginners workout does not have anything complicated. I highly recommended this. Everyone who has been doing it, how long do you think before we advance to intermediate? Or is it ok to stick with beginners for a while?

Great Workout!, 2008-04-28 I really enjoy this workout video and it gives me a GREAT workout. I love that it's only 20-25 minutes, but it really gives me a full workout - cardio, muscle toning, and abs. I have noticed a difference in my body too. I highly recommend this product.

Seeing results in 2 weeks, 2008-04-28 This is an awesome workout! Not for beginners. I wasn't sure what I would think of her. I find her kind of annoying on the show, but I like her no-nonsense attitude. So after two weeks I've lost 4 lbs and jeans are getting looser. I've been doing the workout everyday (minus 1) for two straight weeks. It is HARD, don't be fooled by 20 minutes. However, it is short enough that even a full-time working, busy mother can squeeze in a workout EVERY DAY. I am not bored at all. With 3 workouts and the option to use heavier weights - this one will keep you going for awhile. She takes her time explaining and giving you enough time to properly do each move. I really like that she doesn't rush through sit-ups and emphasizes form. I wish the cool down was longer, but I just stretch for a few more minutes after the video is done. This is the best $13 I've spent in awhile. :)

Vickifivekids, 2008-04-28 This dvd is amazing. I am a mother of 5 and have been working out for about 5 years now. I was starting to turn into the cardio queen, getting bored with my routine, in a rut and not pushing myself. My body stopped changing and I was just maintaining. That was not good seeing as I am still 15 lbs overweight and need more toning. After watching biggest loser I have become a fan of Jillian. I decided to order her tape in order to lose the last 15 lbs and tone up. I am on day 10 of doing this tape and I can already see a change in my body. I was amazed. I started with level 1 and moved to level 2 after about 8 days. Level 2 is really hard for me and I am sure that I will be on level 2 for at least 3 weeks until I master it. I can't wait to see the changes in my body after 1 month. I doubt that I will lose 20 lbs but will be happy if I lose 10 plus more toning.
