    This dvd rocks!!!, 2008-05-02
    I am loving this Dvd. Jillian is straight to the point, no b.s. in this one. She tells it like it is. It's not extremely difficult, but if you're looking for an "easy workout" you're going to have to skip on buying this one. I must say though, as you progress, the workouts do seem less rough on you LOL. Great way to get a complete workout in a short amount of time! I strongly recommend this one for sure.

    Definately one of the hardest workouts I have done. I can feel the difference right away.

    Difficult But Effective!, 2008-05-02
    I'm 59 and need to lose 20 pounds. These are the hardest exercise routines I have ever done. That being said - they work. I lost 5 pounds in 10 days and although I was more careful with what I ate, I didn't deny myself anything I really wanted. With Jillian's routines (three 20 minute routines that get progressively harder)you get cardio, abs and strength workouts. I definitely recommend this series if you are serious about weight loss. If you have any injuries you may want to go with something a little less strenuous.

    outstanding kick your butt workout dvd, 2008-05-02
    This workout dvd was awsome it goes back to old school exercise that you forgot about. Make sure your up to it I work out 4 days a week at the gym and did this for 20 minutes and couldnt walk the next day ! Now thats a good thing tho!!!

    Great workout!, 2008-05-02
    This is a really tough, intense workout-but Jillian really knows how to motivate! The first time I did it I thought I would never make it to the end, but she just keeps on pushing and helped me find strength I never knew I had. I've been doing this for about a month now, still on level 1, but I am definately getting better at all the really tough exercises that I had so much trouble with in the beginning. I feel like superwoman when I'm done! It's a great feeling to make it through a really tough workout-it's very empowering! I think Jillian is awesome-she is really tough, but she knows how to really motivate you and push you to your full potential-and she really gets results!!
