 Can't live without Turbo Tax, 2008-01-23
Eight years doing my taxes with TurboTax! In 2007, we have changed jobs, moved to a different state, performed independent contract work, bought a house, sold a house, given to charities, doctor bills, all kinds of deductions and went active duty military. Oh, and five kids also figure into the mix.
I looked at doing one of the states myself since my version of TT pays for one state return and quickly decided I needed to run it through TurboTax. We had too much going on in 2007 for me to do it manually.
Yes, it walks you through every tax situation possible, with easy to understand explanations. The format is easy on the eye and especially on the brain.
The best part, for me, of using TurboTax is finally being able to understand my tax situation. It gives advice for future tax situations and the benefits or consequences of your financial actions.
I am so sold on TurboTax and the support that goes behind it, I became a TurboTax beta tester a few years back.

Best Tax Software, 2008-01-23
Tried them all. This is the best tax software year after year. I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 10 years and will use nothing else. Pays for itself year after year. Thanks Intuit !!!!!!!!!

Every year the program gets better. This year is no exception. It is easy to follow and complete taxes. If there are questions the help is fantastic.

TurboTax 2007 Premier - THE BEST, 2008-01-23
Well, I have been a Loyal TurboTax User since 1998 - I recommand any version. it is so easy to use and the reviewing process is made easy.

 Not good like it was before - buggy software, 2008-01-21
I have used TurboTax for about 10 years. Never a problem until now. Found numerous bugs in the program - return rejected and only thing it could do is give me the error code. Said "revisit" and when I did it would loop around to the error code, "continue" and it would go to error code and - but you get the idea; loop forever. I emailed support twice and the answers I would get, while factual, were completely irrelevant. I tried calling 5 times with no help from customer representative. Finally on the 6th call, they had me go in and manually make entries in the form (Schedule C). Then it was finally accepted - after almost 2 weeks of frustration. My son uses TaxCut - I may try that next year. Or, something else. Intuit blew it this year.
