 Activation error 8000405 will drive you nuts, 2008-03-12
Two days of trying to make it work. I keep getting "WE'RE SORRY, AN UNEXPECTED ERROR OCCURRED WHICH IS PREVENTING PRODUCT ACTIVATION FROM BEING COMPLETED.
ERROR CODE: 1-80004005"
Three Emails to tech support and three phone calls to Microsoft and still no help.
From the hits on Google about problems with the product, many people are having problems with it.

It's funny, you can fligth the F18 without weapons, This is great if you hate war! Spectacular graphics!.

After I installed this, my frames got up to 35fps...35 FPS!!!It even got up to 40 one time!!! I did EVERYTHING to make it run better, even got a better graphics card...I crashed my computer 3 times in a week, which almost NEVER happens on an XP. I would NEVER buy this game again untill those drunk idiots at Microsoft make a patch for this game. I am not kidding!!!

FSX Acceleration?, 2008-02-01
I want to know and be honest,nwhy in the world i have a brand new dell computer and install just fine the FSX as fast as a bullet and when i try to install the FSX Acceleration does not work at all, can i return this product or i just lost my money and time?
Good but not great, 2008-01-25
You do get what you pay for. Overall I am satisfied with this program. The extra adventures are a natural extension of where fsx leaves off. Some of the extra aircraft are good some are not. You do not get a 2-D instrument panel on the P-51 or the F-18 in fact the only instrumentation that works at all on the F-18 is the HUD. It looks like another Microsoft rush to get it on the market before Christmas and fix the problems later. I am very dissappointed with not having a 2-D panel (the only panel view you have is the virtual cockpit view).
