    Top notch, 2007-12-31
Basic mode runs silently and effectively, not a resource hog. Advanced mode is overwhelming at first with numerous pop-up requests, but as Kaspersky "learns" your computer, these become more rare. Overall, strong product.

I think the product is one of the best all in one solutions on the market. My major complaint is you do not purchase the product but lease it for one year. The license is for one year and then you need to purchase a renewal. $65.00 is a lot of money for one year.

    Great Product, 2007-12-24
Overall, kaspersky inetnet security works very well. It is smooth and efficient. It works in the background without slowing your system.

Kaspersky Internet Security is a winner, 2007-12-21
We've been using Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 for about a month on our two laptops. We are very happy with it -- it is less intrusive than PC-Cillin, yet it seems to do a very thorough job. It found and deleted several trojan programs that PC-Cillin never found.

A number of applications (QuickBooks, for example) start up much faster with Kaspersky than they did with PC-Cillin. The PC's also seem to start up faster.

Installation was pretty smooth. The only bump was having to delete a Trend Micro (PC-Cillin) setting in our network setup in order to get our wireless to work.

Their help-desk totally ignores you, 2007-12-20
There was a problem with their software, which was impossible to resolve because they did not respond to several emails that I sent them. To get help via email you have to follow a convoluted procedure. You, then, receive an automated response that says you will be contacted the next day by a given time, except that the promised response never arrives. One may possibly overlook this fault in other software but, getting email support and having issues resolved is crucial for a security suite. I am looking at other security software that has better quality and more reliable support, even if it may be more expensive.
