The perfect tool!, 2008-07-20 Quicken 2008 Premier is exactly what I needed. Because I decided to cut up all of my credit cards and use cash or a debit card, it's important that I keep track of my spending so I don't run out of money before payday. Now I can just download information from my credit union directly into Quicken and I don't have to remember to save receipts. I love it!
quicken, 2008-07-18 great product find nothing wrong. Use as much ram as you can you can should be ok
Quicken 2008 upgrade, 2008-07-16 I have used Quicken since before Windows. It has always been satisfactory; some of the modifications made from time to time have been helpful, but I have often wished I could go back and do certain things the old way. I cannot compare it with its competitors because I have never used the competitors, but Quicken is quick, neat, pretty intuitive: anybody with the most basic computer skills should be able to use the basic components effectively.
Run away!! Run as fast as you can!, 2008-07-11 As a long time user of Quicken it pains me to advise any prospective purchaser to avoid Quicken 2008 like the plague. I have just completed 4 (yes four) days of working with Quicken support, Microsoft support (Quicken claimed the problem was related to MS issues) and finally i-Yogi support. The bottom line is that I am on the way to Staples to purchase MS Money. No one can get Quicken to load after installation.
Wake up intuit, you can do better.
Good Upgrade, 2008-07-10 I hate the idea that you have to upgrade Quicken every 3 years, but the new version has some significant improvements.
