 Good Game, 2008-11-12
Well this is a very well made game and it is alot of fun to play but you better have a top of the line computer to be able to play it smoothly. I built my own computer and I can barely run it. It also takes up A LOT of memory and you need a very big hard drive to install it I am talking like 80-120mb, Yea its that big of a game. But if you have the computer to run this game you will love it and you will stay busy with it for hours it is a very addicting game. I also like the fact that you can install other items from 3rd parties online, not to mention that you can also get them from EA. So thats really cool. So if you have the computer to run this game, then this is a great game to have you will never run out of things to do on it. You can also get Expansion games for it. So Good Luck and Happy Gaming!

The first time I got this game it would not work it kept sayin "please enter original disk". I call EA and the man pretty much gave me the run around. Then my husband brought me another one (guess he got tired of me hahaha). And the new one works great haven't had one problem and its been 1 full year.

Sims 2 is an awesome innovative game that brings together many great elements of gaming which thousands of reviews cover in detail. Unfortunately ALL of these cool features will end up being worthless for Joe Gamer, after he spends hours building a Sim family only to have it crash on him. Does EA even test these games before releasing them. Aside from the crashes - which let's face it are intollerable when it comes to gaming - the actual game play is buggy enough to be annoying. If you are into researching cheats online to fix errors, spending hours of time on projects only to lose the data, and overall frusteration, then this is the game for you. Nice try EA, but next time finish the project.

I enjoy this game I think a lot of people do that is why there are so many expansion packs. There are somethings I would change about the game but over all it is enjoyable. There are parts in the game that are not for Teens. (sexual) mostly. But I guess what you do with the game shows about the person as well.
Hour's of fun, 2008-07-17
I finally got a sims game after i had one on gamecube. Definately better and more features. When i'm really into it i can play for hours. I also got it for a good price since it come's with two expansion packs.
