 Not as good as I thought, 2008-10-29
It is an average basic phone. Sometimes, there is a lot of static to the point I can not even hear anything but static. The design is out dated. The buttons are not back lit. I think it is over priced.

this has been a great phone system for my household. i bought the base unit with one extra handset, and it's been perfect for what i need in my home. it was very easy to set up, and is very user friendly. i have not had any range issues, or any issues with interference. you can purchase this product with confidence!!!

I bought this phone as a gift twice now. They are very user friendly, have lots of fun extra features, and the sound is clear. You cannot even compare these to old 5.8 phones. You can change the ringer to music. You can hear the message machine from any handset. The buttons are easy to press. Overall, a great phone with lots of extras!

Originally purchased Uniden. Persons on the other line couldn't hear me half the time. Took Uniden back to store. Salesperson said she had a Panasonic and thought it was great. She was right. Big difference between the phones. I highly recommend the Panasonic.

We have been using this phone for about a month. It is a great phone for the money. I have not had any trouble with the phone. One thing that I like about the phone is you can hear the answering system through the handset when off the base. The only negative I have is that the base does not have a speaker which I used alot with my last phone. All and all this is a good phone system and I have been pleased.
