This is ok, but didn't really help, and it couldn't even be installed on my father-in-law's computer bec it kept saying there was another anti-virus installed and there wasn't. I had it on my computer though and it was just basic, you had to manually start the virus scan yourself. I really think it was a waste of money. I won't buy Panda again.

 Best on the market, 2007-10-13
Even though I am a marketer by trade, I enjoy computer hardware and some geekier stuff for fun. I actually have done quite a bit of IT work for fun and profit and have worked with many anti-virus products, including but not limited to: Norton, McCaffey, AVG, TrendMicro and many others. This is, hands down, the best anti-virus package on the market. It doesn't pester the life out of you (like Norton), It doesn't use up all of your computer's resources (like MOST anti-viruses do) and it works great! I have NEVER had anything get through my Panda. They offer several different combinations of packages depending on what you need and you get a license for two computers (in case you also have a laptop.) I cannot count for you the number of computers I've been called to fix viruses on that were running Norton and I cleaned them up with Panda's online scan. (It seems Norton's LiveUpdate doesn't always behave the way it's supposed to.) Panda is simply the best anti-virus on the market. Money well spent.

Awesome protection, 2006-11-23
Bought the product when it was launched in September and since then I feel quite secure. Includes protection against viruses, spyware and phising so it's good-enough-protection if you are not doing a very intensive use of the Internet and visit mostly trusted websites.
Ups:
- It's very light. Takes a little while when you turn on the computer to update the virus file and do the scanning, but it's not too annoying and it's worthwile to be protected.
- It detects a huge ammount of malware, specially spyware
- It's really easy to install and use
- It includes protection for up to 2 PCs at a very reasonable price
Downs:
- It is a little slow on the PC startup
- It'll be great to obtain firewall protection for the same price
In general a great product. Wouldn't change it for other.

 Terrible Customer Service, 2006-11-09
The Panda continues to hang-up when I try to scan files for viruses. When I tried to get some customer support I keep getting emails from Panda that make no sense at all. After I submit all of the information about the type of computer/configuration/operating system they keep asking me "What is your Windows version? How much memory do you have?" I finally had to delete the software. At complete waste of money.
