Next best thing to actually racing, 2008-05-31 I bought the Logitech G25 because if connects to ps2/3 consoles as well as a PC. As for the wheels performance, what can I say it is thee best game wheel available! Games integration right now are not as vast as I would like but I think it's growing.

Not nearly as good as other reviews would have you believe, 2008-05-27 After purchasing this wheel, I don't know why it gets so many overwhelmingly good reviews. The G25 is poorly constructed, has some design issues and didn't meet my expectations.
The wheel itself consists of a plastic housing with a metal wheel. This sounds nice until you realize that the wheel and paddles are just stainless steel stampings with unfinished edges. The center button on the wheel fell off when I removed the protective film. The "leather" doesn't feel like the real thing and the whole wheel is thin and hard. There are only two buttons on the wheel, meaning you have to reach over to the shifter to navigate your way through the game menus. The real issue with the wheel itself is the gear mechanism used for the force feedback. You can really feel the notches as the wheel rotates, which does NOT emulate a real steering feel. Logitech should have used a finer pitch gear for smoother movement (or used a belt drive like Fanatec.)
The shifter is the bane of this wheel. Its all plastic and the gates have no resistance. It feels like a toy. Because the action is so terrible, I usually opt for the paddle shifters just to avoid frustration.
The pedals are probably the best part of the setup. The pedals feel nice and the action is reasonable. The only gripe I have is with the brake pedal. It isn't progressive like a real brake pedal, and only becomes firm once you bottom it out.
The unit attaches to the console or PC using a USB cable. The cable is short and doesn't allow you to mount the wheel very far from the source.
Overall, I don't feel the wheel is worth the price. The problems detract from the driving experience and make it feel like you are using a toy versus a true simulator. I bought this wheel based on all the reviews posted here, but in my opinion the wheel is not deserving of all the praise. I would try this wheel out in person before shelling out the cash for it. Your money would be better spent elsewhere.
Excellent Wheel!, 2008-05-24 The wheel is more expensive compared to the others. But its definitely well worth it. I brought it for GT5 Prologue and it works like a charm. I haven't gotten used to using the clutches yet. But everything else is very solidly built. Turns are very accurate with the 900 degree support.
Cons are it doesn't have a PS button for the PS3 and there were no labelling what so ever what the buttons supposed to be. Other than that, its still an excellent wheel and I would definitely recommed anyone enjoy racing games.
grea whee;, 2008-05-20 I was skeptical at first. recieved the product and wasnt very surprised on how well this product is made. setup is easy and works very well...
