Don't buy this software, 2008-07-20 Very disappointed in this version of Quicken. I'V been a Quicken user for years on my PC and when I went over to a Mac I thought thier version would be similar. The import effort was flawed to the point of being useless and when I started over it was just too frustrating to continue. Best part of the deal is Intuit has a 60 day money back policy to take advantage of.

bad, 2008-07-14 Setting it up on my mac has been nearly impossible and I still can't get it to work correctly or efficiently- Transferring the previous programs over from the old mac has been even more troublesome not recommended for the common folk
Does not support my bank, 2008-07-12 I'd read all the awful reviews. I knew better. I tried it anyway, hoping that since I wasn't trying to import any old files, but rather start over from scratch, this would be at least useable.
It wasn't.
I couldn't even get started. Quicken 2007 Mac doesn't recognize my bank, Bank of America Military Bank, even though it recognizes the parent institution. Even though BoA Military has "quicken" in its export options.
Useless.

Definitely Satisfied, 2008-06-18 I had been a user of the PC version of Quicken for years. This was the only program left that I was still using on the PC as I've been trying to avoid putting windows on my MACBook for just one or two programs. Although there were a lot of negative reviews I went ahead and decided to try it. I have not been disappointed. I followed the directions for transfering my files and everything came over to the MAC seamlessly. I don't put investments on it, but I have all my checking, savings, credit cards, and loans on it. I had everything over in a matter of moments and was able to start inputing new information on the MAC right away.
I can't tell you how it works for all the higher end features, but if you are tracking and balancing regular accounts it works just as well as the PC version. Of course things look a little different but I got used to it very quickly and am very happy I have everything all in one place. As I use it more I'm sure I might find out more I like or run across problems, but have not yet and would recommend this program for anyone that wants to keep track of their personal finances.
Very Disapointed, 2008-05-22 I am very disapointed by that software. You cannot use other ccy than dollar. Same for stocks only US ones. It is useful if you have only US assets or accounts, but not if you have multi-currency accounts, and assets overseas.
