Works like a wonder. I had been looking for an adapter for Super Nintendo ES. Shipped super quick, and I was able to start the nostalgic relief I need.
A good, consistant adapter, 2008-06-14
This is a great SNES adapter for USB although as stated before, it is a bit expensive.
However, I dont know if they will be available in a few years so the price could go up even more...
I use it to connect my ASCII Fighter Stick SN to my PC. It connects with no problems to both Vista & XP. It plays all my games flawlessly.
Ive had my Smart Joy for over a year now.
Ive just gotten a 2nd Smart Joy Adapter so I dont have to disconnect the original to play on another computer.
Connecting & disconnecting is easy enough to do with the USB plug but I just want to have a 2nd adapter for the other PC.
I use this adapter with emulation software of all types. SNES, PS2, PCE, Genesis etc. It works great with everything.
The adapter has a long cord & does not over heat at all.
Bottom line is this is a good, consistent adapter that may be a bit expensive but I know it will work properly & last...
Great PC Controller for Classic Games, 2008-03-01
This product was great. It came when they said it would come and there were no scratches or broken parts at all. If I'm looking for anything else concerning gaming I'm going to be sure to look up these guys again.

Wonderful product, works with all of my emulators. You can even hook up two of them if you buy a second adapter. Really there's nothing like playing a game with the original controller, makes the emulator experience 10 times better. Highly recommended.
Relive the classics using a REAL SNES controller!, 2007-11-28
Nothing beats playing the games you remember using the right controller. Sure you can get a modern day "playstation-type" controller, and re-assign the keys. But it just feels so right using the real SNES controller. Your muscle memory actually takes over, and you find yourself transported back 15 years. I actually beat Nick Bruiser in Super Punchout on the first try using this controller adapter.
Once you connect your classic SNES controller, you can use it like any other PC gamepad. So you can use it for new favorites as well as old!
If you want to relive the classics you grew up with, THIS is the controller adapter you need!
