    Hitch review, 2008-11-13
I was pleasantly surprised at this movie. Will Smith stars as a modern day matchmaker type, who has a deep romantic streak himself. There were some very funny moments in the movie, some very touching moments, and some scenes very unpredictable. I liked that this movie didn't have a lot of crude humor/nudity and was a cleaner cut movie.

Kevin James did a great job as his role in this movie as an accountant in love with a celebrity and their courtship. He is an actor that nearly always makes me laugh.

Great, fun film to watch and have a laugh at.

Not quite as funny as I thought !, 2008-11-09
Another fine Will Smith movie, that has some real dull spots with nothing but talk.
Kevin James sometimes would disappear for long periods of time and he was the comedic presence in this movie.
Not a movie that you really want to watch again !

fun and funny but sometimes boring, 2008-09-28
The talks are mostly boring and long.
The action is silly and funny.
    Plot quite predictable.
Soso for light watching but expect boring moments. DVD is perfect (can fast forward through the long talks!).

maybe its my love of everything tarentino. maybe its the fact that a good movie in my mind has a least one gun fight. maybe its because i have seen thousands of martial arts and adventure movies. hitch is completely opposite of what i like in a movie but i still enjoyed it. for some reason i feel guilty liking this movie. too late now i have already confessed
