Good Deal, 2008-10-22
Surprised at how long it took to for delivery, But It does work as well as i had hoped. I have had no problems with the 327 I got with my DSL service or with the one I just ordered. A good purchase for a really good price compared to most others

I used the router for 2 years and it worked perfectly. I tried to set up a linkys for my mother--spent hours with no luck--gave her my westell and was up in running in 10 minutes. I was now without a router--purchased a cheaper brand went for weeks unable to password my connection. Purchased another westell and was up with password in 10 minutes. I am not a computer person--this router could not be easier to set up.

Reliable, Fast, Easy to setup, Multi-functional, 2006-12-13
I am Novel CNE, Microsoft MCSE for 15 years. This router is free from Verizon DSL for my home DSl. Before that, I tried Buffalo AirStation worked great but very difficaulty to setup VoIP. Tried Linksys WRT54G, worked fine with VoIP but can't get VPN, even though it claims that VPN pass-through is supported. Tried Linksys WRV54G VPN router. It worked for both VoIP and VPN, however, when VPN is connected, the other Internet connect will be disconnected such as web browser. Now I am happy with this router free from Verizon.

Powerful, reliable and versatile , 2006-07-26
I have gone through several modems, routers and firewalls and have yet to see such a wonderful combination of features and reliability all in one box.
The Versalink modem/wireless router/(firewall, etc.) exceeded my expectations.
Modem: fast speeds, connects easily, was plug and play for me out of the box.
Wireless: excellent reception and signal on my laptops. Beats my LinkSys WRT54G easily.
Wired: 4 wired ports provide additional connectivity to wired computers/print servers, etc.).
Firewall: LOTS of options, intuitive web browser configuration.
Usability: VersaLink is packed with features and yet is user friendly. Easy for beginner and powerful for a power user.
Reliability: Before Versalink, I had to reboot my old modems frequently. No more rebooting with Versalink.
Definately recommended.
