good item for the price, 2008-09-15
The shipping and service was great the device however has limited range even in my house and sometimes when my phone is in my pocket I hear crackling as if im losing the signal oh and the volume isn't amplified as much as it could be it gets hard to hear if your riding down the road with the roof pushed back

Fine Bluetooth head set for V195, 2008-09-14
I have a motorola V195 phone. This headset paired easily with it and has worked just fine for me.

It isn't the snuggest fit to my ear, but I don't wear it all day and have it primarily to use while driving.

It does reset your phone's ring tone to the default when paired, but I don't care about stuff like that.

However it looks like the same company are selling the exactly the same headset for cheaper at this amazon page

so why pay 3 dollars more here?

    bluetooth extraordinaire, 2008-09-14
This bluetooth is so easy to use, it's almost ridiculous. I love it and am so glad I bought it. It's beats any other I've tried.

Best out of the four types I've used!!, 2008-09-13
I bought this one originally, however, it got broken in a few months. I returned it to the store where I bought it (It had an extended service warranty) and they no longer carried it.

I went through another Motorola model (it was uncomfortable) then through two different Plantronics models.

After spending months using the others, I decided I liked the Motorola HS850 the best and found it on Amazon at a cheaper price due to bulk packaging.

The other ones I used were either to tight, uncomfortable, or loose on my ear, kept a charge for too short of time, and most of all was ease of use.

The HS850 cuts on/off by folding the mouthpiece whereas the other types I used required holding the button down for a few seconds (which if I didn't look at the light, I'd end up leaving it on which meant a dead battery when I needed it.)

The only drawback I have is that I wish I could turn it up a little louder...but maybe that's just my hearing.

Motorola has great customer service as well and promply handled a probelm I had.

    Nice Headset, 2008-09-10
    1. The sound is quite clear due to the extension design.
    2. It automatically shut down when you fold it, instead of on stand-by. This feature saves power between charges, and you wouldn't accidentally pushed the button to call someone while it is in your pocket (which often happen to me with the old bluetooth).

I found these features are all that I can ask for from a bluetooth headset.
