 works like a charm, 2007-01-26
I had no trouble with this hub working, it's plug and play. I especially like the upright, space-saving design and the mount can also be used two ways according to your preference, upright or sitting flat on the desk. It's quite stable on the mount even fully loaded with cables. I'll buy another for my other pc.

 Had trouble , buyer beware, 2006-12-19
and tried to call wanted on phone >1 hour only to have the oprator come on line and get my phone number and said they would call back, NEVER DID.
Tried a couple days later same response.

Works Like A Charm, 2006-07-12
This is exactly like the one from Macally. While the Macally is white, this one is blue in color. It's also less expensive. There's enough USB and Firewire ports for most of the equipment you'll have. I have mine connected to a Mac mini, external firewire drives, scanner and USB drives. The good thing about this one is that it's firewire ports are powered which charges my iPod when my mini is asleep. The iogear firewire ports are not powered.
