Great!, 2008-02-08
It was no trouble to install it and the computer recognized it immediately. I was able to hook up my Sony Mini-DV camera with the supplied firewire cable and transfer video. To do all of that it took me 10 min. Do not buy the cable from Sony it will cost you $50. I had went to Best Buy to buy a cable and a firewire card and it would have cost me $75!! I didn't want to pay that price. $21 is a much more reasonable price and there is no problems with my equipment!

It's all good..., 2008-01-30
This was a great product! I had just bought a new panasonic minidvd camcorder and needed to get the firewire hardware for the computer. I went to best buy to see what they could do and said everything would cost $160. Yeahhhhhh right!....
I came here and got the product... shipped within the week and I installed it myself for less this 30 bucks!... I saved myself $130 coming to amazon. Installed easily and did my first video. Bonus cause it came with a cord. Highly recommend getting it!

I was downloading video from my camera about fifteen minutes after I opened the TRENDnet package. Thanks to the vendor for providing excellent quality at a great price.
No problem at all, 2008-01-07
Well, I brought my new DV and get this card along. It works just fine without any hassel. I don't even need to download driver for it at all.
