 Friendly to whom? NutriGenie response to an earlier review, 2005-10-07
1. All of NutriGenie software comes with online Help, or software manual in pdf format, or both. American Healthy Heart Diet comes with BOTH a comprehensive NutriGenie Software Manual in pdf format AND a context-sensitive online Help which is installed at the same time as the software. "It ... did not come with instructions" is FALSE. We have images at our website to prove this fact. Go to NutriGenie website, select Forums and enter the Amazon Special Forum to see our complete response to the previous review.
2. All NutriGenie customers receive a 24-hour toll free 800 number to leave their questions, a support email address, a website url where software manual can be downloaded and where an online support forum is monitored and responded daily. We never received any phone call, email or forum questions from the reviewer.
3. We received an order for AHHD from "Mary" on September 5, 2005 specifying Standard Delivery option. The package was readied on the SAME day (even when it was Labor Day!) and picked up by the Post Office on Sept 6. This First Class mail package from CA arrived in Kentucky on Sept 10. "The long wait" is just a tall tale told by "Mary".
4. Every merchant on Amazon has its Shipping & Returns policy posted. We clearly state in our Returns Policy that there is FREE trial software available at our website for evaluation before purchasing.
If the reviewer does not know how to bring up the standard Windows Help file, locate the installed software manual, review Amazon merchant's Shipping and Returns policy, or go to the seller's website to download free trial software before purchasing, then we agree: our software will never be user friendly enough to her.

 NutriGenie American Healthy Heart Diet for Windows, 2005-09-14
I'm very disappointed in this product. It is not user friendly, did not come with instructions and I am considering returning it. It is definitely not worth the $30 total for shipping and handling and the long wait to get it.
