    Good tape for Beginners., 2005-08-30
    I found using ankle weights for everything (except the abs workout) helps to make it a bit more challenging.

    I really liked the way this video was set up. you can pick and choose wich body part you want to work but the exercises themselves were not very strenuous at all. I barley broke a sweat. I would recomnd this video for people with no workout experience or who want a very low intensity workout.

    Good even for non beginners, 2005-07-14
    I really like this quick, but effective toning dvd. The moves may be beginner, but you can feel your muscles while you are doing the moves, after you are done, & the next day even if you are at a more advanced level. The powerstretch is great to stretch your entire body out after doing the exercises. The instructor however is a bit on the annoying side, I could do w/out her "you can do it! let's go" 3 or 4 times in the 10 minute segments.

    Best for True Beginners, 2005-07-08
    What I like about this workout is that it is broken up into 5 ten minute sections - I like this because it makes the workout go by faster and I like to know that I am spending 10 solid minutes on each body part (abs, buns, legs, arms and then a total body stretch). This is a very basic workout - nothing especially unique or challenging - so it is best for beginners, but advanced exercisers can get more out of the workout by adding heavier hand weights and ankle weights. I found the cueing to be somewhat off - it seemed that the instructor was constantly yelling out - 4 more! when there was really many more reps (slightly annoying!). And I wasn't impressed by the power stretch section at the end - it was just a very basic boring stretch. But other than that, Cindy is a good instructor and if you do at least the 4 ten-minute toning sections, you will get a decent full body workout.

    Just what you need, 2005-06-30
    I hated exercise videos till this one! I've never liked the obnoxious skiny girls on the videos. However, the girl leading this video is great! Ten minutes a day I can do... better yet anyone can do! It is only 10 minutes! I started using this DVD in December of '04 and by March of '05 I had lost 20 pounds! Slow and steady. If you never invest in another exercise DVD, buy this one. I wish this girl were in more exercise DVD's.
