Rap War Review, 2007-02-19 It reminds me of Eight Mile, but this movie was worth the purchase. The ending left something to be desired, though. I wish it showed what happened at the next competition.

BROOKLYNS IN THE HOUSE, 2004-06-21 The real 8-Mile indeed. This film is completely void of the 50 million dollar production value of Eminem's 8-Mile but the skills of the lead rapper and the various contestants he battles speaks volume. Definately a worthwhile purchase for any hip hop junky. Peace!!!
If you like this sort of stuff..., 2004-06-10 if you like this sort of ghetto in the hood junk, then go for it...

Surprised, 2004-05-20 I must say I was surprised how decent this film was. I usually dislike these types of films but a friend of mine had a copy and had me watch it with him. For what it is it excels and is better then most of the direct to video Urban films out there. It's not shakespear by any means but it is entertaining.
