Quick and easy setup with Comcast!, 2008-01-22
Just set up Comcast and didn't feel like paying their monthly charges to rent equipment. Picked up the Motorola and had absolutely no problems getting online. Access is fast and the wireless has a far reach. Security is great and there are options so tight that even IM won't work, so if you're worried about that, this one has you covered.

Overall, a real bargain for $100.

Easy to set up, solid construction, works great, 2008-01-21
I was up and running' (wirelessly) within 10 minutes after opening this package. Solid construction, packaging, and power.

Worked right out of the box, 2008-01-18
I read reviews on a number of all in one modem / router units, and ended up buying this one. It worked for me right out of the box, and I haven't had any downtime with it (I've had it for 2 weeks so far). I am very happy with this purchase, and would recommend this item to anyone with confidence.

    Motorola SBG900, 2008-01-12
I have had the motorola SBG900 for a month now, and have had no problems. Customer support was excellent. I highly reccommend this product.

One box beats a string of two, 2008-01-02
I had a feeble comcast-provided cable modem and was interested in going wireless for my laptop, and I came across this. For less money, less clutter and far fewer wires, this seemed like a good chance to take. It's worked wonderfully. I'm a Mac user, and the setup was relatively simple. Except, of course, a rather lengthy chat with comcast. But it all worked out in the end with some work on my side. The modem works great, both as a wired unit and when sending wireless to my laptop. Prior to this modem, I used to get dumped from iChats after every two minutes or so. Now they never dump. This alone was worth the price. The wireless performance is plenty speedy for my needs.
