Absolute Garbage, 2007-10-21 This is absolutely worthless. Five of Seven friend's addresses that I typed into the program did not show up, even though thet have lived their more than 5+ years. Throwing a dart at wall map would bring you better results.
mmhhh....Not tooo bad after all, 2007-08-18 Well, I have to say I have no experience with MS software (streets and strips or autoroute) maybe because of this I found this software not too bad and really helpful in many occasions. GPS interaction works pretty good, and software is sufficiently fast on the road (on a Ibook G3 900 MHZ)for reasonably big streets ( I am not talking about small villages and so on). Put all together, and considering is the only available software on PPC Macs, it is usable and not too bad after all. Anyone knows if an update is foreseen ?

Can't find it way out of it's box while its sitting next to it, 2007-01-24 I would give Route 66 a -5 stars. It gives strange and longer routes than you should take. Have actually put in addresses and Route 66 couldn't find it, but when I zoomed in on the map not only did I find the street but when marking a waypoint it gave me the address I typed in the search box. Contacted customer support a few times for different issues and got the same answer each time "Use the help menu". I have tried to use the help menu and no matter what you click on it just stays at the index screen. Stay away at all costs. Had a die hard mac friend tell me he would buy an old Windows machine and use Streets and Trips before he would use this piece of junk.
Works great!, 2006-05-18 This product works just fine. I don't know what more you want. I've found nothing out there that works as good as this program. Quit writing bad reviews:)

do anything you can to avoid using route 66, 2006-03-15 if you have used microsoft's "street and trips" before you wont like "route66". its slow (even on a powerbook g4 1.67) and not as friendly as "s & t". The "s & t" works faster than "route 66" on virtual pc7 with xp (this part i dont like much) on the same powerbook. If you have not used "s & t" before ,try another option on osx or try what i did (it worked better for me).
