Windows miracle, 2007-01-29 VCOm fixit 5.0 has saved me endless hours trying to troubleshoot what is/was wrong with my CPU. Many times just running the ALL Wizard has corrected my problems. Also it provides mr with an insight on just how many unconnected programs are in my registry.
good Software for most Computers ..., 2005-08-17 I worked with the Fix It Utilities 5.0 on my old Computer and now with my new Laptop. Fix It Utilities can find much more than Norton or Advanced System Optimizer and it keeps your registry clean. I know that my friend is also very contented. But one other friend of mine had that case where it was like in L. Young description. It happens in his case when you run FixUp "Diagnose and fix system problems" and it suddenly stops in the middle of the procedure the whole program without a message or anything. I would have given the Software 5 stars otherwise ...

Thumbs up, 2005-08-14 Been with Fix-it utilities since.3.0 This is the best especially for Windows xp. The all in one wizard is excellent. Start it and then go do what you need to do. Check in later and marvel at what it got rid of safely on your computer.
Love it!!!

Disappointed, 2005-07-10 I bought this software to help clean up my computer and I can't even get it to run half the features. It just locks up, no errors or anything. I don't even have that problem with my other programs.

Can't see any value in this thing..., 2004-10-09 I bought Fix-It 5.0 when I needed a utility to recover some deleted files, and fix a troubled hard disk. I chose it over other products (Norton SystemWorks etc) because of what I thought was an impressive bundle of utilities, such as Anti-Virus.
Fix-It, not only could not find any of my deleted files and was unable to recover my disk, but ended up unconditionally installing some files on the troubled disk (a MUST NOT for a damaged disk). I ended up buying another utility software which immediatelly fixed my problems.
As for the other functions: Anti-Virus is a joke - it's only for periodic scans, and is not even recognized as Anti-Virus software by XP. All other functions (Disk Defrag, System Restore, Registry Management etc), are either included in Windows, or you can get a freeware that does it better.
