CRAP, 2005-03-22 This program can only be used on 2 computers and 1 has to be a laptop. What happens if you are a small business and you want to run it on 3 desktops? You have to pay $172 x 3? What the HELL is that? Microsoft SUCKS.

Deserves 0 Stars!, 2005-02-22 This program is useless! Don't waste your hard-earned money on this junk. The interface is horrible, the overall design absolutely makes no sense, and the so-called components won't work.
Bottom line is... unless you want to flush your money down the tubes, don't bother buying this.
Instead, may I suggest Dreamweaver, or NetObjects Fusion; two very high quality programs.

Great update from the 2000 version!, 2005-02-11 Here is a list of my favorite improvements in 2003...
1)Previous versions of Frontpage had a lot of annoying bugs. Some people did not even realize that their troubles with Frontpage was not their fault but were actually bugs in the software. This new version fixed the annoying bugs of previous versions.
2)Another huge improvement is the tabbed interface. The tabs are similar to the FireFox browser. They make it easy to go from one file to another quickly.
3)The split screen option. You can view the html and graphical web page at the same time. This is nice if you like to edit the html by hand once in a while.
4)Web page file/folder navigation. You can easily navigate through all of your files and make quick edits in 2003.
I could not give this program 5 stars because there are still a few minor bugs/issues/defects whatever you want to call them. They are so minor though that most Frontpage users will not notice them. Overall though this is a great program for a newbie to a guru.

Mr Bungle bungled, 2004-11-29 Mr Bungle (above review) Says he cannot activate it because it was already activated. WRONG! You are presented with a choice when you re-install. Choose to phone with the 800 number provided and explain the situation. They WILL ACTIVATE FOR YOU! Of course you CAN ONLY HAVE IT ACTIVATED ON TWO MACHINES! -cpedley@canada.com

Good Product, Terrible Licensing, 2004-07-24 FrontPage is powerful and easy to use. My gripe is that Microsoft's licensing for this software is horrible. They state that I can have the software loaded on 2 computers for my own use. I loaded it on both my home and work computer. Unfortunately, my home computer was damaged so I purchased a new one, only to find out that FrontPage wouldn't activate on it because I had already activated it on 2 machines. Now I'm facing a computer upgrade at work and will be unable to use this software at all.
Again, it's a good web design tool, but I consider it a software rental, not a purchase. I'll move over to Dreamweaver when it's time to upgrade. DO NOT load this software if you plan on upgrading your computer any time soon.
