Makes Web Authoring Virtually Impossible!, 2007-01-15
Wow. After years of entering HTML code a line at a time with a freeware HTML editor, I thought I'd save myself some time and effort by picking up a web site creation program. The box made WePage Designer Gold look like just the thing!
And it was just the thing -- just the thing to make creating a web page a tedious, bug-filled nightmare that sent me scuttling back to my freeware. This product has no tutorials, the terminology they use is often utterly unfamiliar, the 'templates' section contains a whopping two, yes, count 'em, two, web page templates, and after two hours of poking around at this useless collection of intermittently-functional junk I cannot bloody WAIT to fire up my old freeware editor and get some work done.
I may find a person I dislike intently and give this product to them. Or I may give the CD to my perpetually-chewing lab puppy. But what I won't be doing is using this ridiculous piece of odious malware to create any Web pages because I could take a damp, grumpy otter and use him as a Web page creator and not get half as frustrated as I am right now.
