It was working well for 6 months then after that it stopped working , all lights keep glowing all the time and support are also unable to help.

Product Support Will Cost you, 2008-10-21
They charge $9.99 to determine if their product, while under warranty, is defective. Then they require the customer to pay return postage when replacing their defective router. Lastly, they promised to ship a replacement ethernet cable and after 6 phone calls to the other end of the earth did not deliver cable. Customer Service NOT

Had a problem with the set up, but overall great product and very stable, needs a reboot for time to time...

i been using this product past 7 years, but the sad thing is that Linksys Router does last only 2 years.After every 2 year's i do have to buy another router ! I'm not really satisfied with the quality
Please improve the quality of your product!!
But when it is in working condition, it works great only for 2 years!

It's easy to setup, 2008-10-18
Yhis router was so easy to setup. Right when you put the CD in it went step by step for you. It even shown pictures. I reccomend getting this product. It also is compatible to Windows Vista.
