 Value bundle of two excellent programs, 2002-05-11
This is a bundle of two programs:(1) Official Copyright Software 1.53 that automates the process of applying for a copyright (see that product page for additional information). (2)Official Trademark Software 1.0, which automates the process of applying for a tradmark (see that product page for additional information). While both programs support related, but different, objectives, they share common features:
- interactively step you through filling out and submitting the necessary forms
- provide some advice based on official publications and guidance for copyrights and trademarks
- give all necessary forms in electronic format This bundle will save you considerable time and will streamline the application process, and wil pay for itself many times over by avoiding legal fees associated with the research and developing the initial submission packages. However, after using the programs in this bundle to develop your application packages for copyrights and trademarks you should have them reviewed by a legal professional who specializes in intellectual property law before submitting them. Also note that the product page claiming that this software is made by Enteractive is wrong. It's really made by Official Software, LLC.
