purchased item and could not even open it on the computer because it did not even say what is required beyon windows xp on the box which should have included it needed notepad.

I bought the product and it doesn't work. There is no product support....at least I can't find any.

There were no contract forms for hiring subcontractors, or debt collection. 'nuff said.
