    Great Stuff!..., 2002-09-09
Great stuff at a fantastic price -- how can you beat that? If you want the latest concepts in technology with a good flair for writing and art, read this magazine. For the low price, just the graphics are pleasing. Full-length investigative articles, great interviews, current games and gadgets.

What else should you read?, 2002-07-16
Got to know WIRED last September, hooked on to it since then. What else do you need to read if you are genuinely interested in getting to know what to happen?

Not just about technology or politics but more about techno-politics as in geo-politics or socio-politics. As technology plays more and more crucial role in every aspect of business, culture, politics and society, WIRED still shines as a guiding post for the readers looking for interdisciplinary insight into the future.

It seems other magazines or news media follow the issues two or three months after WIRED tackled them. WIRED also introduced me to further readings and great authors such as Lawrence Lessig and Scott McCloud to name a few. I highly recommend WIRED for anyone I meet.

THANKS WIRED FOR ENTERTAINING ME WITH PRECIENT AND INTELLIGENT STORIES.

    Cheap but little..., 2002-07-13
    A great magazine...
it keeps me all tech'ed out even if it is just a passing interest of mine...
Definitely worth a buck a month, for a 10-25 minute read.
Although I could do with out all the advertisements, it doesn't take a moron to figure out that half the magazine is just that.

Still bleeding edge, which makes it different, 2002-07-09
The best thing about Wired is that it has stayed true to its roots over all of these years. Wired has always had a forward-looking, sophisticated attitude toward technology. You can tell that every article is well-researched and no feature in the magazine is an afterthought. In every issue, you will find:

    - stories about the unsung heroes who are really responsible for pushing the limits of technology
    - some politically-oriented article that shows the growing interplay between technology and politics
    - cool digital and electronic gadgets (that usually cost a lot of $$)
    - fun stuff like Jargon watch, Wired vs. Tired, and even some of the ads (how often can you say that?)

Beyond that, I find Wired is the best place to read about things like the melding of human and computer and the progess of technology outside of the U.S. So, I find every issue interesting. It's a little less useful to me as an investor in technology stocks, but it does offer me that broader perspective on technology that helps put investable ideas into context. The clincher is the price - a small sacrifice for so much intriguing and entertaining content. I once considered discontinuing my subscription, but realized that it's so different from everything else I read and just one decent article an issue makes it worthwhile. Very glad I kept it. So, if you've never read Wired, I would give it definitely give it a try.

    Great for anyone., 2002-05-07
As a graphic designer I use all diffrent kinds of technology but anyone can enjoy this magazine. Even if I don't buy the newest gadgets every month I still enjoy the adds ( for the way they are laid out and visual appeal) and the articles are very indepth and well writen. I will read it from cover to cover right after I get my copy then go back and read it again and once I know the articles by heart I use the layout and design inside as insperation for my work. Anyone that is interested in technology will not regret getting this magazine.
