I absolutely loved this book. The online test is really the reason why you purchase this book. As a manager, I have went ahead and purchased this book (and the online test that comes with it) for every employee that I have. The positive insight gained on each individual that takes this test is a beautiful thing. Buy!

Everyone should take this test!, 2007-06-08
My boss bought this book for all of her employees - it has been so insightful to learn what everyone's strengths are. And outside of work, it's very useful as well. Eventually everyone I know will have to be tested :) These copies were for my husband and mother.
