My Success, 2007-01-12 My first use was for our Thanksgiving turkey. Since we had several guests, I needed the turkey to turn out. Remember this is my first ever grilled turkey and first on my Weber. It was quite cool outside with a fairly strong wind to complicate matters. How long will it take with these weather conditions? Well, I followed the directions, including seasoning, and added just about 15 minutes to the recommended time for my size turkey. It couldn't have turned out better. Also, it was done right on time. Everybody commentted on how good it was and how moist.

Weber's Big Book of Grilling, 2006-11-11 Excellent grilling guide. It instructs in basic grilling skills as well as hundreds of recepies, including many for side dishes and beverages to go with the main dish.

Full Proof, 2006-08-29 If you follow the recipes and follow the rules for grilling,you will be successful with this great cookbook. It is easy to read and to follow, with great tips that really insure success. Everytime I've used the book,the 3 factors of recipe, time and temperature have always produced a delicious product.
