Pilates for Dummies, 2008-10-16 Very easy to follow and moves along. Other Pilates DVD's I've tried are dragged out and not fun to work along with. I have been doing it faithfully since receiving it. Still working on Beginners. There is also an Advanced section which I will get to after a few months. Already notice firming up of abs and legs.
