Customer Reviews:
Entertaining, easy-to-follow simulation for all ages, 2008-12-01 PROS - Easy to play. Uncomplicated game play makes it enjoyable. If you want to make it in the chocolate world, though, you'll have to organize your sources and production pretty quickly. - Simple interface. The graphics are in the cartoonish style prevalent in mystery PC games. - Fluid game play. Whether in "story" or "free play" mode, the user is in control of all decisions. - AI makes pricing strategies and tactics more realistic. - Price. We stole it at Toys'R'Us for US$5.00...! - International approach is very appealing to the younger audience. - Addictive. Once you start making dark chocolate squares, get ready for prime time!
CONS - Contents in general are geared to a younger audience and are not as attractive to adults. The subject matter lends itself to more info and photography, but very little of the first and none of the second are available. The focus is clearly more on entertainment and game play than education. - The method of setting weekly production quotas is unsophisticated and repetitive. At least it takes the gamer out of the travel routine, but....
