PopAdvertiser description
PopAdvertiser software works using Microsoft messaging technology. It uses something called "Net Send" to send messages to "IP addresses", which are like postal addresses for computers that are connected to the Internet. When the receiving computer receives a request like this, it display your message in a popup message box, advertising your Web site or service.
