New IP Cam Motion Capturing Pack 4.0

The program has been designed as universal application for security hybrid platforms running at the same time with wireless and wired IP cameras, TV-cards, capture boards, power-line, and USB cameras. It has web interface with the same form and controls on the local and distant computers. Customers view MPEG coded video and have complete management of the software using network that surveillance station can be operated without monitor, keyboard, and mouse attached. Program`s modular structure drastically improves reliability because all modules act as independent applications. If one component stops working, other modules go on running. For example if the `record` component fails, `watchdog` starts over it immediately that viewers don`t notice anything because they are watching picture through a `playback` module.

The program performs `repeated` recording that the `hard drive full` situation never occurs. The recording can be constant or it can be activated by movement, human face recognition, or by schedule. The program has pre-alarm and post-alarm recording. Playing back recorded video is pretty easy and performs on the surveillance workstation as well as on distant server through Web interface. The software does synchronized video playback for event analysis from multiple webcams concurrently. Also recorded information can be searched by date, time or by face detected. All recorded information can be encrypted and password protected.
