Use Mobile Coach for Windows as a stand alone product, or as a companion for the Pocket PC version. Enter your data in either place and synchronize your changes. Mobile Coach allows you to use a familiar calendar style interface to enter workout, food, and measurement data. Calculates pace and speed for distance activities like running, biking, or swimming. Extensive measurements logging lets you keep track of your progress in up to 17 different areas. Over 90 different combinations of built in graphs and reports. Can be synchronized with your Pocket PC device running Mobile Coach.
