IcoAniCur 1.0 allows you to create and edit 32 x 32 icons (.ico files ) as well as import icons from files. You can create and export cursors (.cur files) and animated cursors (.ani files) as well. The program can create and edit Icons with Image formats in either standard or custom sizes, with color depths up to 32-bit True Color. A full set of Paint and Editing tools include: Pixel Paint Pencil, Color Picker, Flood Fill, Eraser, Transparency Tool, Text Tool, Line Tool, Rectangle and Ellipse Tools. It supports Undo History so that you can always correct your mistakes when Creating or Editing Icons and Cursors.
