ASCON is a business tool to manage your contact relationships and track the marketing and sales process. Up to 65 fields of information can be kept on each contact grouped into Phone numbers, Work details, Groups, Internet details, Money, History and Personal details
Each contact can have an unlimited number of history notes attached to them and they can belong to any number of groups.
You can track the sales process with simple checkboxes which allows you to get quick lists of contacts who have:
- contacted you, but havent asked for prices
- asked for a quote but haven't ordered/purchased
- ordered but havent recieved your product/service
- recieved product, but havent paid
With a single click you can visit the contacts website or dial their phone number. Phone calls are timed and logged to the history file.
