Our Restaurant Customer Management System (RCMS) includes reservation, table and, customer management with reporting.
With RCMS you are able to do such things as:
- Track your reservations and attach customers to those reservations.
- Assign and reserve tables when a reservation is made.
- Determine who your best customers are.
- Determine who your “new” customers are.
- Determine which existing customers have not been to your restaurant recently.
- Look at reservation cancellation rates (or who simply didn’t show up).
- Track how many people are in your restaurant at any moment and look for changes over time.
- Track the wait times and stay lengths for customers and correlate those to days of the week or times of the day.
- In addition, we have just added incoming call logging that provides you the ability to log all incoming phone calls and show you information about the caller before you answer the phone.
